How Situationformat Heating & Air Works and Gets Paid

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Situationformat Heating & Air works and how it earns money. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Our Role: Referrals Only

Situationformat Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not perform AC repair, furnace repair, maintenance, system installation or any other heating and cooling work.

When you phone the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may be routed to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

Where Our Income Comes From

Providers or marketing partners may pay Situationformat Heating & Air for calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment can depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even if you never hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for any work you agree to, at the prices the provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent. They are not employees, agents or partners of Situationformat Heating & Air. Each one alone is responsible for:

• Its estimates, prices and terms
• The quality and timing of its work
• The equipment it installs and any warranties it offers
• Its licenses, insurance and certifications
• How it communicates and behaves toward you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that moment.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you decide.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing.
