Terms of Use for This Website

Last updated: October 2026

These terms cover how you use situationformat.living and the services offered through it by Situationformat Heating & Air. When you browse the site, phone the number on it or send a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What the Service Is

Situationformat Heating & Air is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent HVAC providers. We do not do heating, cooling, repair, maintenance or installation work. We are also not a party to any deal you make with a provider.

Providers Work on Their Own

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone are responsible for their estimates, prices, scheduling, workmanship, equipment, warranties, licensing, insurance and behavior. We do not employ, supervise or direct them. We make no promise about when a provider is available, how fast one responds, or how the work turns out.

Before you hire anyone, we suggest you check their credentials, ask for proof of insurance and get a written estimate.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, safety or financial advice. Any cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Comments about efficiency are general and do not promise any level of energy savings. Confirm the details with a qualified provider.

What We Ask of You

Please give accurate information when you contact us and use the site only for lawful purposes. Do not misuse it, interfere with how it runs, or try to get into it in unauthorized ways.

Calls, Texts and Emails

When you phone us or send a form, you agree that we, and the provider we connect you with, may reach out about your request by phone, text or email. Calls may be tracked or recorded for quality and billing. To stop contact, email contact@situationformat.living at any time.

Ownership of Content

The site's content and design belong to Situationformat Heating & Air or its licensors. Please do not copy or reuse them for commercial purposes without permission.

Limits on Our Liability

As far as the law allows, Situationformat Heating & Air is not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using this site, from a provider's services, or from any agreement between you and a provider. The site is offered "as is", without warranties of any kind.
